Ranger Communications announced that the warranty period on the new RCI-2950DX has been increased from the previous 1 year time period to a full 2 year warranty. This includes parts and labor. Ranger believes that with the new surface mount technology (SMT) implemented within the design of these models, the resistance to shock and vibration has greatly increased and the DX Series should have the longer warranty period.
